			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I must admit that I’ve been sucked into some of the marketing that surrounds cellulite treatment. I once purchased a <a href="http://topcellulitetreatments.blogspot.com/2008/12/how-to-get-best-results-with-cellulite.html">cellulite cream</a> which had glossy photos of gorgeous women with great legs only to discover later from a friend that it had no active ingredients to do the job it was suppose to. They put me on to another cellulite cream with less of a marketing budget but with better ingredients and I’ve been happy every since.</p>
<p>The same friend told me about another cellulite treatment called Endermologie. She had great results from this method and was quiet excited when she came over to tell me. She has only just started her treatment but has already begun to see some excellent results.</p>
<p>This made me go and do some research myself. Edermologie I discovered is a non-invasive <a href="http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-bl.yDQc7bqru4jdP8NMQwwpScEPxtg--?cq=1&amp;p=4">cellulite treatment</a>. A machine is used to apply suction to the cellulite problem area to pinch the skin. Its non-painful but leads to better circulation and the removal of toxins.</p>
<p>My day spa charges about $70 per session but yours may be cheaper or more expensive depending on the going rate in your area. My friends sessions last about 40 minutes but the girl at my spa said they can last up to an hour.</p>
<p>The downside of this treatment is that it requires you to go for twice a week in the beginning. After that, you need to continue the sessions to maintain your results.</p>
<p>As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, getting rid of cellulite requires a multiple pronged attack. On one hand you need to lose weight and exercise more. On the other you need to undergo methods that target the cellulite directly. This can include massage, cream, lotions or Endermologie as above.</p>
<p>For me, the time and cost is not worth it and I’m getting great results from my cellulite cream. With that said, my friend is raving about it and might be worth a look if you have the time and money.</p>

<p>The thing is not every woman knows what to do about their cellulite. The first trick is knowing what it actually is and how it forms.</p>
<p>Underneath your skin there is a thin layer of fat which is held in place by a honeycomb-like structure. When this strucutre breaks down or that fat increases it bulges outwards and causes the skin above to dimple.</p>
<p>So, what to do about it? Well, one of the main causes of cellulite is excess fat. But not all women who get cellulite are overweight. Some are actually very slim. For these girls there condition is caused by genetics and they are best to probably get specialized treament &#8211; more on that below.</p>
<p>For most of us, losing weight is the first step in learning how get rid of cellulite. The formula is therefore simple &#8211; eat less, move more. Get rid of bad foods, eat more of the good foods. Workout on both the weights and the cardio. Do it often as you can.</p>
<p>The trick is to stick to the routine. You can do it!</p>
<p>There are other <a href="http://topcellulitetreatments.blogspot.com/">cellulite treatments</a> available as well. These include cellulite creams and lotions, radio therapy, laser therapy and body wraps. Cellulite creams are the most popular as they can be done at home. Self-massage where you try to flatten the fat and soften it up work well with cellulite cream.</p>
<p><a href="http://topcellulitetreatments.blogspot.com/2008/12/cellulite-reduction-at-home.html">Cellulite reduction</a> isn&#8217;t easy. It takes a lot of effort to see results. If you can&#8217;t wait, there is always liposuction but you will then have to experience surgery &#8211; the results are fantastic though.</p>
<p>I had liposuction for my cellulite a little while ago. I have to say my treatment went well and I was really happy with the result. Maybe this is something you could explore but it isn&#8217;t for everyone, I know.</p>
<p>I have had several friends who swear by cellulite cream. I myself am a little skeptical. I do know that my cellulite reduced dramatically after I start eating better and working out more. I find that your should do weights plus cardio. The cardio reduces your fat content while the weights increase your muscles so you burn more calories during the day and the remaining cellulite has a firmer foundation. More muscles tone also means your skin is stretched more too, reducing the dimples.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve known one or two women who went to a beauty spa to get cellulite body wraps done. There experience was that this <a href="http://topcellulitetreatments.blogspot.com/2008/12/cellulite-treatment-those-that-work-and.html">cellulite treatment</a> didn&#8217;t really work that well. But many spas swear by it. Maybe they&#8217;ve got the $$ in their eyes because it costs heaps and you have to keep going back.</p>
<p>My thought was to save all that money and just get liposuction done. Simple and easy. I still have to workout though and eat well, otherwise it comes back. But it was a lot quicker and easier than have all sorts of things done to my body.</p>

<p>You need to eat more fruit and vegetables. Reduce your intake of fat and sugar. If you are hungry after a meal don&#8217;t go and eat something full of sugar and fat. Go eat a carrot or piece of fruit instead.</p>
<p>Eat smaller meals spread out over the day. Eat breakfast. and small health snakes when hungry in between meals.</p>
<p>You need to set yourself up for success. Remove all those bad foods from the house so you&#8217;re not tempted to eat them when your home. Take your own lunch and snacks to work, and don&#8217;t buy anything. Even those so called healthy salads can have an amazing level of fat in them.</p>
<p>Do this and you should start to see results in no time.</p>

<p>If you know a little about working out, you probably already know this what you should do. But how often do you really do it?</p>
<p>Stretching gets your muscle prepared for exercise. They ensure that you will be less prone to injuries.</p>
<p>It makes your muscles more supple which means your joints are able to go through their full range of movement. When resting they will be at their natural length and you will avoid having muscles that stretch your posture out of alignment.</p>
<p>Stretching is good. Maybe its about time that you start looking at developing a <a href="http://stretchingadvice4u.com/">stretching routines</a> for yourself to do be done before and after you exercise.</p>
<p>And don&#8217;t forget to stretch at other times to. In front of the couch when watching TV is always good. This will ensure that you will become more and more flexible and will be able to gain the benefits of being flexibble as quickly as possible.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most women hate the weights section of the gym. Its full of men &#8211; which can be intimidating, I know. And, weights give you big hulking muscles, right?</p>
<p>Wrong.</p>
<p>Lifting weights, even heavy weight, gets a bad wrap in the girl&#8217;s corner of the gym.  But it shouldn&#8217;t because its based on a myth and the positive benefits that come from women building muscle is overlooked. The fact is that women cannot <a href="http://www.automatedfitness.com/2008/09/how-to-build-muscle-quickly.html">build muscle quickly</a> enough and in sufficient size to look like a male body builder.</p>
<p>The fact is that women have a different genetic makeup to men. Not matter how much or how heavy you lift weights you will simply be unable to match the muscle size that a man can build.</p>
<p>However, you will become toned. You body will became more shaply. The more muscle you have the more carlories you will burn during the day while simply resting and doing nothing. The stronger your muscles the less prone to injuries you are and the more energy you will have.</p>
<p>The fact is it is a myth that women can build bulk muscles. Bu what about those female body builders that look like monsters? Trust me, they are not the result of lifting weigts. They are the result of lifting weights <strong>and steroids</strong>.</p>
<p>They&#8217;re from a different planet &#8211; a drug induced planet.</p>
<p>So, take the plunge. Venture over to that side of the gym and start pumping a little iron. The reality is you don&#8217;t have anything to lose because if you get to bulky (which you won&#8217;t) just stop.</p>
